Return, Cancellation & Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase under certain circumstances, we are here to help you.

Also each Dharini product is handcrafted out of Natural Fibres using traditional weaving techniques. Variations in size, colour and weaving are inherent to all handcrafted products thus making each product unique and different. Any irregularity in terms of colour, size or weaving shall not be considered as a defect.


  • We have a No Return / No Exchange policy except in the case of a wrong product or a damaged product. In which case you can return the product within 7 days from date of delivery, but under the condition that we are intimated by email or otherwise within 24 hours of delivery of the goods to your address. (In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged product.)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Dharini tag.
  • Your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

Conditions for Replacements

  • In case you have received the wrong product, the product does not match your order.
  • In case you have received any damaged product.
  • Please send us an email to along with the photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of the delivery of the product to your address.


  • Order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped. If the order has been shipped, then unfortunately you cannot cancel that order.


  • Upon receiving your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment).
  • We will refund the amount back to the same account / payment mode that had been used to place the order.
  • It will take 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account. Depending on the bank sometimes it will take longer to reflect the refunded amount. 


  • No refunds will be provided for any costs associated with shipping any products by the customers back to us except where has erroneously sent you a wrong item/color/size. 

Strictly, no refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and color variations. With handcrafted products there will always be some variation in color, size and weaving.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect address format.
  • On three failed delivery attempts by the courier
  • If the package is refused by recipient
  • If the products returned are in a used or damaged condition
  • If the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our return location.
  • If is not intimated by email or otherwise within 24 hours of delivery of the goods to your address about the customer’s desire to seek a refund/replacement.
  • If the product is returned to our address after the 7day returns period has expired. 

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment. Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
